Karren's book about her recovery from multiple addiction is inspiring to me. So full of honesty and hope for other addicts. I loved reading her story. Not only did I find it educational and useful in my own recovery journey but it was highly entertaining. Not like reading a boring self help book.

Karren Kearney writes authentic and rigorously honest accounts of her journey wrestling down and recovering from her dangerous, life threatening addictions.
For me, as a survivor of unspeakable childhood sexual abuse and severe neglect, the net effect has been suffering addictions like Karren's throughout my entire adulthood. I deeply empathized with her struggles.
